Village
Our diverse-by-design early learning program is open to refugee, immigrant, and U.S.-born children. Our teaching staff come from all over the world, giving children and families an opportunity to see their own language and culture reflected at school.
We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Montessori on Wheels. Between their innovative and impactful approach to early learning, and our deep relationships the East Colfax community,
we KNOW this is going to be extraordinary.
The Little Village is open and enrolling for preschool (ages 3-6) and
toddler (ages 1-2.5) classrooms. Come join our amazing community!

Pamoja Village
A free career development program for refugee and immigrant women interested in gaining credentials to work in early childhood education
This program is a partnership between The Village Institute, Empowering Communities Globally, and Lutheran Family Services. Participants complete professional coursework with interpretation, support in navigating credential application, job readiness training, and optional paid practicum experience at a childcare center.
